Tony H. Abbott has been litigating cases in Indiana for more than thirty years. He represents individuals seeking compensation for injuries caused by another person's negligence, as well as clients engaged in business disputes. His experience includes cases relating to health care, personal injury, mold exposure, workplace injuries, fraudulent misconduct, defamation, dangerous property conditions, and automobile collisions.
Tony also has a thriving probate and estate practice, which includes the preparation of will and trusts, powers of attorney, living wills and related instruments, as well as the administration of the estates of decedents.
Tony is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of Indiana, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern District and the Southern District of Indiana, the United States Tax Court, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Presently, his litigation work takes him to courts located throughout the State of Indiana. He has also served as lead counsel before courts of the States of Michigan and Kentucky. Tony currently serves on the Executive Committee for the Litigation Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association, and is a member of the American Bar Association.

Edward L. Harris, III devotes his practice to taxation matters involving large, complex business enterprises, as well as closely-held enterprises, and individuals. His extensive experience of more than 15 years with the Internal Revenue Service has provided him with unique insight into the legal environment facing the contemporary taxpayer. Ed assists his clients with tax planning issues, and represents his clients in the pursuit of resolutions to their tax controversies with federal, state and local taxing authorities.
Ed also focuses his practice in the areas of business enterprises, nonprofit organizations, and estate planning. Ed advises his clients in selecting and forming the appropriate legal entity to facilitate their business operations. His efforts ensure that clients effectively minimize their exposure to personal liability, while taking advantage of the numerous tax planning opportunities available to entrepreneurs. He also counsels his clients with regard to the organizational and operational issues relevant to nonprofit organizations. Ed has designed estate plans to effectuate the desires of clients with significant assets, as well as those with smaller estates.
Ed is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of Indiana, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern District and the Southern District of Indiana. Ed earned an accounting degree from Indiana University, and his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis. He remains involved in the academic community by serving as an Adjunct Professor of Law. He is a member of the Fishers Arts Council. |

Dusty Sparrow Perrelli focuses her practice primarily in the areas of family and child-related issues. Her experience as a Court Appointed Special Advocate, and guardian ad litem, for children involved in complex court cases has equipped her perspective in the special legal matters involving children and families. Dusty advises and represents clients regarding cases relating to child support and custody, paternity, marital dissolution, grandparent visitation, intrastate and interstate foster children, and guardian ad litem representation.
Dusty also has a dynamic real estate practice as both an attorney and licensed real estate agent. She provides comprehensive sales and legal services in residential real estate transactions, as well as traditional legal services to the real estate industry.
Dusty is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of Indiana, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern District and the Southern District of Indiana. She is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Dusty serves on the Public Policy Committee of the Fishers Chamber of Commerce.
Prior to joining Tony and Ed at Abbott Harris & Perrelli, Dusty was associated with the law firm of Baker & Daniels, LLP of Indianapolis, Indiana. Dusty is an alumna of Hamilton Southeastern High School and Indiana University, graduating from both with honors. Claire M. Ty focuses her practice primarily on immigration matters and international legal issues. She represents individuals in removal proceedings before the Chicago Immigration Court. Her immigration practice also includes asylum, family-based petitions, employment-based petitions, visas, and citizenship issues. Her international practice concentrates on advising individuals and businesses faced with international legal issues, such as international estate planning and international family law.
Claire also advises small business owners and entrepreneurs. She assists her clients in negotiating and preparing various business agreements, including commercial contracts, commercial leases, and employee handbooks.
Claire is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of Indiana, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern District and the Southern District of Indiana, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also authorized to practice law in France.
Claire was born in Phnom-Penh, Cambodia, and speaks her native language fluently. Her parents immigrated to France when she was five years old where she was raised. Claire speaks and writes French fluently. She graduated from law school at the Universite de droit et the Sciences politiques de Reims, France. In 1995, she came to the United States when she married her husband, Techsin. Claire also earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis. |
